Srinivas Reddy
Managing Director, Alliance India
As Managing Director of Alliance India, Srinivas Reddy is responsible for overall global delivery, including the human resources, recruitment, training and quality functions. His primary responsibilities are in growing the India business in the areas of .NET, JEE, ERP, EBusiness and QA & Testing. Srinivas has 16 plus years of experience in IT in the areas of Software Delivery, Project Management and Client Management. He has 10 plus years experience in the IT Industry in the US and 6 plus years experience in the IT Industry in India.
Prior to Alliance, he was the Director of Technology at a startup company in India that provided software solutions to customers in Europe and the Middle East. His experience in the US included working as a consultant in providing database/data warehouse solutions to major telecom and shipping customers like AT&T, Exxon, Hvide, US Coast Guard/ Navy, and the American Bureau of Shipping.
Srinivas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIIT, Surathkal, India and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Steven’s Institute of Technology, NJ, USA. He also completed the Executive General Management Program from IIM, Bangalore and is a certified PMP.
